At Legacy Planning & Probate, LLC, we understand hard conversations; it is what we are here for.  We know that each circumstance is unique and that everyone has issues that require nuance, care, and patient understanding. Our practice focuses on estate planning, probate administration, and nuptial agreements. Our attorneys work closely with individuals and families to develop comprehensive estate plans that meet our clients’ goals, and counsel them through the probate process when a loved one passes. We pride ourselves on our close working relationships with clients and our ability to achieve the best solution for each client’s particular circumstance.
